A scenic drive along I-64 from Louisville, lined with rolling horse farms, curious deer, and endless blue skies, brings us to one of bourbon's most iconic destinations—Woodford Reserve Distillery in Versailles, Kentucky.

Set on the historic grounds of the original Labrot & Graham Distillery, where bourbon has been crafted since 1812, Woodford Reserve beautifully blends centuries of tradition with modern craftsmanship. Created under the vision of Owsley Brown II, the brand has become one of the pioneers that elevated bourbon onto the world's premium spirits stage.

Our guide, Ethan, walked us through every step of the journey—from tasting the sweet Day 1 mash and the sour Day 7 ferment, to witnessing the spirit pass through the beer still, high wine still, and spirit still before meeting oak barrels.

A highlight was stepping inside one of the distillery's stunning 19th-century warehouses, where we sampled the rare Woodford Reserve Baccarat Edition straight from the barrel using a whisky thief—a remarkable expression matured for eight years in oak, followed by another eight years in Cognac casks.

The experience concluded with a tasting of five signature expressions—Bourbon, Wheat, Rye, Malt and Double Oaked—alongside a glimpse of the distillery's impressive collection, including its annual Kentucky Derby commemorative releases.

Driving past the legendary Churchill Downs the following day was the perfect finale to a visit that celebrated not just a distillery, but the legacy of a brand that helped transform bourbon from an everyday spirit into one of the world's most respected whiskies.

Some journeys stay with you long after the last sip. This was one of them.

From an empty rooftop to one of Goa's most strikin From an empty rooftop to one of Goa's most striking cocktail destinations. 🌊🥂

We're proud to have partnered with Verre at Vivanta Miramar, where Tulleeho was entrusted with developing the beverage program from the ground up—transforming a rooftop overlooking the Arabian Sea into a contemporary glass house bar.

Named Verre—the French word for glass—the space was thoughtfully crafted to celebrate design, functionality and exceptional drinking experiences.

Our journey began with the bar itself. In collaboration with Ginger Rage, we designed a modern omakase-inspired bar counter that seamlessly blends aesthetics with operational efficiency, featuring integrated glass chillers and freezers for a world-class bar setup.

We then developed the complete beverage program, drawing inspiration from vibrant Asian flavours to complement the culinary vision. Using modern techniques and carefully balanced flavour profiles, every cocktail was created to be as memorable in taste as it is in presentation.

To complete the experience, we designed an artistically illustrated cocktail menu that brings the story behind every drink to life before welcoming guests to Verre's launch in June.

A project where design, cocktails, cuisine and hospitality came together beautifully—and one we're incredibly proud to have been part of.

Verre — where every glass tells a story, with the Arabian Sea as the backdrop.
