Description

The Wine & Spirit Education Trust – Level 2 Award in Wines  is suitable for anyone who wishes to enhance their knowledge on the subject.

The qualification offers broad coverage of all product categories in the field of wines , together with basic wine tasting technique. It underpins job skills and competencies in the customer service and sales functions of the hospitality, retail and wholesale industries.

The main objectives of the course are:

  • – Level 2 Systematic Approach to Tasting and food & wine matching
  • – Learn about viticulture and the wine making process.
  • – Know about key wine producing regions of the world
  • – Understand key grape varietals: Chardonnay; Sauvignon Blanc; Riesling; Merlot; Cabernet Sauvignon; Pinot Noir; Syrah and Grenache
  • – Increase knowledge of sparkling wines, sweet wines and fortified wines

To gain the Level 2 qualification, candidates will be required to undergo training in Wines of the world delivered by a WSET Level 2 Approved Programme Provider along with wine tasting as a part of every class, followed by an hour long multiple choice examination.

Cancellation policy :

  • In order to cancel your booking, please write to us at [email protected]  ( North region),  & [email protected] (East) [email protected] (West & South Region) at least 7 working days prior to starting date of course.
  •  For cancellation and refund request received at least 7 working days prior to the course’s starting date, a cancellation charge of INR 13,000 plus taxes for Level 2 will be deducted and the remaining fee will be refunded.
  • For cancellation and refund request received  in less than 7 working days before the course date, no fee will be refunded.
  • In case of cancellation of the course by Tulleeho Beverage Academy, the full fee*  will be refunded within 15 working days.

PS : *If applicable , payment gateway charges will be deducted and rest of the fee will be refunded within 15 working days.
