On Successful Completion You Will Receive

  • Official WSET Level 1 Award in Spirits certificate (digital certificate issued via WSET Global Campus after results are released)
  • WSET lapel pin (dispatched separately after results are confirmed, please allow 4–6 weeks for delivery)
  • A foundation to progress to WSET Level 2 Award in Spirits

Prerequisites None. No prior spirits knowledge is required. You must be of legal drinking age in your state/city to participate in tastings. This is not a barrier to completing the qualification.

Re-sit A re-sit fee applies if you do not pass on your first attempt. Please contact us for current re-sit pricing before booking. You are not permitted to re-sit a qualification solely to improve a Pass grade.

Fee is all-inclusive: tuition, guided tasting samples, WSET study materials, examination, and digital certificate. WSET lapel pin dispatched separately after results. A 5% industry discount is available for hospitality professionals.

OFFLINE COURSE

When delivered in-person, Level 1 introduces students to the main spirit styles through guided tasting. The WSET specification recommends that candidates taste a minimum of 9 benchmark spirit samples during the course. These are chosen to represent major spirit categories and styles, and typically include:

  • Vodka
  • VS Cognac
  • VSOP Cognac (or XO Cognac)
  • Blended Scotch Whisky
  • Straight Bourbon
  • White Rum
  • Dark Rum
  • Blanco Tequila (100% agave)
  • London Dry Gin

An optional liqueur may also be included. This selection helps students recognise key differences in style, flavour and production while applying the WSET Level 1 Systematic Approach to Tasting Spirits®.

Cancellation Policy

  • To cancel your booking, write to us at [email protected] at least 7 working days before the course start date.
  • Cancellations received at least 7 working days before the start date: a cancellation charge of ₹4,000 (plus applicable taxes) will be deducted; the remaining fee will be refunded within 15 working days.
  • Cancellations received less than 7 working days before the course date: no refund will be issued.
  • If Tulleeho Beverage Academy cancels the course: the full fee will be refunded within 15 working days.

If applicable, payment gateway charges will be deducted from the refund.
