This course gives the candidate an in-depth overview of Scotch Whisky. The candidate will explore the history and business of Scotch whisky and its legal requirements, before learning the whole production process from raw materials to bottling.

You will taste 12-15 different whiskies throughout this module (for the in-person course).
An exam will follow the course. Following is the grade structure
- Pass – 60%
- Merit – 77%
- Distinction – 90%
