Cancellation policy Level 1:

• To cancel your booking, please write to us at [email protected] at least 7 working days before starting date of course.

• For cancellation and refund requests received at least 7 working days before the course’s starting date, a cancellation charge of INR 4,000 plus taxes for Level 1 will be deducted and the remaining fee will be refunded.
• For cancellation and refund request received in less than 7 working days before the course date, no fee will be refunded.

• In case of cancellation of the course by Tulleeho Beverage Academy, the full fee* will be refunded within 15 working days.

PS : *If applicable, payment gateway charges will be deducted and the rest of the fee will be refunded within 15 working days.

Cancellation policy Level 2:

• In order to cancel your booking, please write to us at [email protected] (North & south) & [email protected](West) at least 15 working days prior to starting date of course.
• For cancellation and refund request received at least 15 working days prior to the course’s starting date, a cancellation charge of INR 12,000 plus taxes for Level 2 will be deducted and the remaining fee will be refunded.
• For cancellation and refund request received in less than 15 working days before the course date, no fee will be refunded.
• In case of cancellation of the course by Tulleeho Wine & Spirits Academy, the full fee* will be refunded within 15 working days.

PS : *If applicable , payment gateway charges & study material charges will be deducted and rest of the fee will be refunded within 15 working days.

• In order to cancel your booking, please write to us at [email protected] (North & south) & [email protected](West) at least 15 working days prior to starting date of course.

• For cancellation and refund request received at least 15 working days prior to the course’s starting date, a cancellation charge of INR 38,500 plus taxes for Level 3 will be deducted and the remaining fee will be refunded.
• For cancellation and refund request received in less than 15 working days before the course date, no fee will be refunded.

• In case of cancellation of the course by Tulleeho Wine & Spirits Academy, the full fee* will be refunded within 15 working days.
