Aditya Khot brings a rare blend of hands-on brewing experience and structured beverage education to the table. With a deep-rooted passion for beer and a genuine drive to share knowledge, he has helped professionals and enthusiasts alike gain a clearer, more confident understanding of the beverage
world, particularly beer.

His journey has taken him from mead-making and craft brewing to leading beer education programs in India. Along the way, he’s worked across brewing, quality control, and training roles, making his expertise practical, versatile, and grounded in real-world problem solving.

Aditya is known for creating engaging and accessible learning experiences, whether he’s breaking down complex brewing science or guiding a sensory tasting. He believes in demystifying beverages, focusing on clarity, connection, and community with every session he leads.
