This Cocktail kept me wondering about what spirit would actually go well with it in my bar.

Ingredients
  

  • 45 ml Light Rum
  • 20 ml Litchi Crush
  • 90 ml Pineapple Juice
  • 1 scoop Vanilla Ice cream

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Blend all the ingredients together in a blender without ice.

Garnish

  • Half litchi with a cherry
