Sweet & sour surprise – This cocktail has a tangy taste of the Konkan. It leaves a sweet and sour taste of ripe and unripe mango on the tongue. Reminds you of the school days when you had the first taste of the half ripened mango of the season! – ripe mango pulp, Raw boiled mango pulp, fresh mint leaves, Green Chilly, Vodka, Sugar Syrup, soda to top up, Ice cubes, slit chilly for garnish, sprig of mint for garnish, 1. Put the mint leaves and the green chilly in a shaker and muddle well.
; 2. Add the mango pulps, vodka, sugar syrup in the shaker.
; 3. Put 8-10 ice cubes in the shaker and shake vigorously.
; 4. Pour in the glass and top up with soda.; 5. Garnish with slit chilly and sprig of mint; –

Ingredients
  • 2 tbsp ripe mango pulp
  • 2 tbsp Raw boiled mango pulp
  • 7-8 fresh mint leaves
  • 1/2 Green Chilly
  • 45 ml Vodka
  • 10 ml Sugar Syrup
  • soda to top up
  • Ice cubes
  • 1 slit chilly for garnish
  • 1 sprig of mint for garnish
