Muddle lime, mint & ginger with bacardi in an old fashioned glass, fill it with crushed ice, add the fresh cane juice, top with dark rum
.

Cold Cossack (First Runner Up)

45 ml Vodka
15ml Peach Schnapps
10 ml Fresh Lime Juice
Ice

Blend all the ingredients with ice in a blender and serve in a martini glass, garnish with a zucchini slice on the side.


 

 

Blue Colada (Second Runner Up)

Smirnoff - 45 ml
Pineapple Juice - 200 ml
Coconut Milk - 30 ml
Fresh Heavy Cream - 30ml
Blue Curacao - 15 ml

Blend vodka, pineapple juice, cream & coconut milk and pour in a zombie glass. Now put blue curacao from top slowly using teaspoon on the glass.


Coffee Kick

1 part Vanilla Vodka
1 part Coffee Liqueur
1 Espresso
A dash of Sugar Syrup

Shake hard 'n' long with lots of ice in a cocktail shaker. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Top with a sprinkle of cinnamon powder and a mint leaf or coffee beans frozen into ice cubes.

Red Riding Hood

30 ml Vodka (Smirnoff)
30 ml Gin
30 ml Litchi Crush (Manama)
4-8 Tinned Cheery
Citra/7 Up
Ice

Put the Ingredients in a Martini Shaker with Ice and shake well. Pour in a Martini Glass without the ice. Now add the Cherries. You can use only Vodka or Gin depending on your preference.


Rooh freshner

1 measure Roohafza
Juice of Half Lemon
1 measure Tequila


Rum Chunk

30ml of Dark Rum
Lemon Chunks

Bahamamama


The best way to enjoy the taste of a cocktail in a bar is to take Bacardi lemon with mango juice. It comes out to be much cheaper than similar cocktail you will order in a bar.

Mud pie

30ml Smirnoff
12-15 Chocalate Flakes
30ml Khalua
Chocalate Syrup 30ml
60ml Milk (optional)

Whisky Chill

60 ml Whisky (Signature or Johnny Walker Black Label)
Chilled Soda to top up
5 Drops of Ginger Juice
2 Green Chillies
a Pinch of Salt

Pour in 5 drops of the ginger juice. add the salt. Slit the green chillies and take the seeds out and put in the glass. Now pour in the whisky. Take the chilled soda bottle. Open it and close the tip with your thumb. Now shake the soda bottle and splash it on to the glass. The soda should come out with a pressure so that you get the chilli tingling taste.
Spicy Seduction

60ml White Rum
1/2 Lime
One Pinch Salt
1 Green Chilly Large(slit)
Soda
Ice

Half fill the glass (Tom Collins)with ice squeeze the half lime into glass and add a pinch of salt,drop in the spent shell of lime. Add white rum into it. Ttop it with soda
stir it with slit green chilly, seeds should come out to make the drink hot and spicy. Garnish with slit green chilly .

Goan Gal

1 Peg Feni
2 Pegs Beer

Dash of limeserve in a hardball .
Whispering Plam

45ml Gin
15ml Dark Rum
Sprite n' Soda
Ice

Add 5 Cubes of ice. In a cocktail glass, pour Gin and top it up with soda and sprite, and float dark rum on top.
Stinkin Semen

45 ml Cashew Feni
15 ml Fresh Cream

Shake well with ice and serve in a 60 ml shooter glass as a shot.

Moca freezer

30ml Simronoff vodka
30ml Baileys
2 scoup Vanilla Ice Cream

Blend all thing toghther pour margreata glass,
garnish with choco chip.
Rolex Gold

45ml Scotch Whisky
15ml Galliano
Mix whisky and gallino with 5-6 cubes of ice in a old fashion glass.Garnish with cherry.

Rumpleminze flaming

5oz Dk. Creme de Cocoa
1.5oz Smirnoff Vanilla Twist
Float Rumpleminze on top.
Rim a cocktail glass with powdered cocoa , Serve with Rumpleminze flaming

Robin Hood

1/2oz Vanilla Rum or White Rum
1/2oz Cointreau
1oz Citrus Vodka
1oz Pomegranate Juice

Squeeze of fresh lemon juice. Splash of vanilla coffee syrup (or simple syrup with vanilla added) shake in cocktail shaker with ice, serve in chilled martini glass.
Stoli Raz

4oz Stolichnaya Vodka
1oz Chambord raspberry liquer
6oz Pineapple Juice

In a shaker, combine all the ingredients, Shake vigorously to combine. Strain into large margarita glass rimmed with sugar. Twist a strip of orange peel over the top of the drink (to release the oils) and then discard. Serve.
Screwed Driver

60 ml Bacardi 151
60 ml Orange juice
30 ml Sprite
4 Ice Cubes
Palm Surprise

Solan Malt Whiskey(60ml) and Palmsugar syrup concentrate two tea spoons. Take one large Solan Malt Whiskey(60ml) and add Palmsugar syrup concentrate two tea spoons (This is available in Chennai) add in ice cubes and serve. It tastes heavenly!!!

A Flaming Cafe Royal

180ml Black Coffee (mixed with sugar to taste)
30ml Kahlua
60ml Vodka
30ml Coin
30ml Baileys

Pour the semi hot coffee in the glass, pour the kahlua in the coffee & mix. In a seperate glass take vodka & cointreau & flambe pour the flaming drink from 1 glass to another glass for (eye appeling). Pour some flaming liquid on the bar counter put the brandy balloon on the flaming area now pour the flaming vodka mix in the coffee. Stir well top it with baileys---cheers!

NEGI

60 ml Vodka
15ml Lemon Juice
15ml Sugar Syrup
Juice of 1 Orange
1 small ripe papaya, peeled and chopped
1 banana

Slice of papaya to decorate. Put the Vodka, orange juice, papaya, banana, lime juice and sugar syrup into a food processor and blend untill smooth. Put the ice cubes into tall glass pour in the drink and decorate the glass with papaya slice.

Wet My Bed

1 pint Beer
30ml Peach Schnapps
30ml Banana Liqueur
Dash of Grenadine
Dash of Bitters
Stir all the ingredients together and serve it in a tall beer glass garnished with a peach.
