[toggle title=”What is the structure of the WSET certification program?” state=”close” ]The WSET classes are a progression and include the Foundations Certificate, the Intermediate Certificate, the Advanced Certificate, and the Diploma. Each level covers the entire world of wine by geographical region— including viticulture, vinification, and appellation labeling laws— and also covers wine-tasting technique.
The standard starting point for students is the Foundation Certificate – Level 1.
The Advanced Certificate is a strict prerequisite for the Diploma Program. There are no exceptions.[/toggle]

[toggle title=”What is the cancellation & refund policy?” state=”close” ]At Tulleeho Wine Academy we endeavor to be as user-friendly as possible. However, there are certain costs associated with running our courses and, to be fair to all candidates, we adhere to the following Refunds and Cancellation policy:
Candidates’ places on courses are only secured on full payment of the course fee. This payment must be made prior to the close of registrations for the course. In case a candidate cannot attend the course for which he or she enrolled, and advises us of this after we have ordered their examination papers, then we will refund their fee, less the payment we make for the exam papers:
Level 1: Rs. 3,500/-
Level 2: Rs. 5,500/-
Level 3: Rs. 7,500/- (Theory + Tasting)
The balance amount will be refunded to the candidate. Naturally, in the case that Tulleeho Wine Academy cancels a course, all monies are refunded in full.[/toggle]
