When all items comprising the order as well as the payment have been fully processed, we pack the items for shipping. Our fulfillment partner delivers the item at the address submitted by you while filling up the order form. This is the shipping address. Shipping time is the time taken to deliver an order at a shipping address, after the order has been shipped out. It depends on where the customer stays. All shipments are delivered by air (except in Delhi and the NCR) and usually take between 1-2 business days to be delivered across India. The actual time taken to deliver an order depends on the availability of items ordered and the time taken by payments to reach us. Payment Realisation Time + Longest Item Availability + Shipping Time = Total Delivery Time.

We will send you an e-mail as soon as an order is shipped out. This will also inform a customer about his order as well as when he can expect his order to arrive at his shipping address. Should you ever get a wrong shipment, please send a mail to tulleeho@tulleeho.com. We will ask our courier to deliver the correct item and pick up the wrongly delivered item. You can also go to your Tulleeho Account Page and check the status online.

All shipments are made by air and the shipping charges are a function of the weight of the consignment. The shipping charges are as per the following table. All rates are in Indian Rupees.

Yes. Tulleeho takes the best possible care to ensure that your goods reach you in the best possible condition. This naturally comes at a price, unless your order value is over Rs. 2500/-, in which case it's on the house. If it's not, then we levy a flat Rs. 20/- per order.
