The Garnishes, Mixers and Condiments

Also keep on hand the following Mixers, Crushes, Flavourings and Garnishes

Mixers
  • Cola
  • Soda
  • Clear lime drink
  • Tonic water
  • Fruit juices (orange, tomato, pineapple and apple) - unless you prefer to make them fresh
  • Crushes (strawberry, apricot, kiwi, peach and litchi)

Condiments
  • Tabasco
  • Worcestershire sauce
  • Capsico
  • Angostura bitters

Garnishes
  • Cherries : Can float on top of a cocktail or rest on the rim of the glass
  • Banana : Don't peel. Cut thick slices and use for tropical concoctions
  • Pineapple : Looking for a long cool drink. Add a wedge of pineapple

It's always nice to have the following around. A bottle each of:
  • Flavoured vodka
  • Single malt
  • Bourbon
  • Peach schnapps
  • Orange liqueur
  • Blue curacao
  • Grenadine syrup
