Summer's mango panha season and wife's favourite green mango frooti was in the fridge. So decided to try it out. And the rest, as they say, is history.
INGREDIENTS :
90 ml white rum 250 ml Green Mango Frooti |

PREPARATION :
Advance preparation:
Pour the Frooti into one or more ice trays and freeze overnight or for 6-8 hours to make cubes.Twist type trays make it easier to remove the cubes.
Mixing the drink:
Wash mixie/blender with hot water to remove spice odors. Rinse with cold water. Assemble blender (mixie), add 90 ML white rum and all the Frooti cubes.
Run blender for about 1 minute till the ice turns to slush. The Frooti cubes, softer than ice due to the sugar and juice, will blend easily without damaging blades.
Pour out into old fashioned glass, decorate with sprig of fresh mint and serve.
