We are childhood friends. But realised in our forties that we were supposed to be made for each other (too late). Now she often comes from Bombay to see me. On her last visit I perfected this drink by tasting it almost six times in the whole day. And in the evening when she came, I had the seventh drink with her. The perfect one.

Instructions
Preparation
  1. Boil smashed ginger in three cups of water and let reduce to two cups on slow fire. Strain. Add 1/4 tea spoon of green leaf tea, let brew for six minutes. Strain. Let cool to room temperature. Freeze.

Pour honey in a tall glass (app.15 ml). Add a fresh leaf of mint and a slice of lemon. Pour 60 ml vodka. Slush the frozen iced tea in a grinder and pour it on the contents of the glass.
Squeeze in half a lemon. Stir it gently with a spoon. Use a straw to sip. (If the honey is granualated, better! The granules sipped through the straw give a crunchy feel).
Garnish
  1. Mint Leaves
