Classic Cocktails

A standard recipe which uses a specified base. Recipe remains the same but the measures may vary depending upon country or consumer preferences, I.e. it may have more or less alcohol or be more or less sweet. The alcoholic base of the drink and the flavour will however always remain the same. For e.g. a Margarita in one place can be made using 45 ml tequila, 15 Cointreau and 30ml fresh lime juice whereas in another it can be made in a different style – using proportions in the ratio of 1:1:1 (30 ml each).
