Shantanu Sengupta, Director Education, Kenilworth Hotel
	Shantanu has over 19 years of experience in the hospitality industry with prime focus on Food & Beverage. This includes 3 years of experience in hospitality education. He has trained with the Oberoi Group, worked as the Head in the Hospitality Department of the Norwegian Shipping Company, and as lecturer in top ranking hospitality schools in India.

Abhijeet Dasgupta, Manager, Tulleeho

Abhijeet’s tryst with the industry started when he completed his graduation in Hotel Management from NIPS School of Hotel Management, Kolkata and went onto join The Park, Kolkata as a bartender. During his tenure of work with The Park, Abhijeet had the distinction of working with and establishing the iconic F&B brands of the hotel like Tantra – Kolkata’s most distinguished discotheque, Roxy – the elite lounge bar and Aqua – the poolside bar. The latter two were opened under his supervision. After a five year long association with the Park Group, Abhijeet joined Tulleeho, the country’s leading organization specializing in marketing and consultancy services to the beverage and F&B industry, as the Area Manager, East. A self confessed perfectionist at work, Abhijeet has also carried out bartender trainings for Smirnoff and a Mixology training at the Bar Code, New Delhi. He currently is executing workshops for HSBC clients in East India. He is also lead faculty at the Kenilworth Tulleeho Bartending Academy.

Vikash Samuel Christian
	His passion of bartending starts from Junction Bar, Taj Bengal in 2005. Today he is working in Big Ben as a Senior Bartender. During his bartending tenure, he has acquired expertise in mixology and bartending. He feels happy when he hears the words "Now that's a great cocktail...." from a guest after he/she tries out one of his innovations. Vikash is also a master in flair bartending.
