FACULTY:

Bobby George is a Professor and Head of Dept. (Food & Beverage Service) at the M S Ramaiah College of Hotel Management in Bangalore with over 22 years of experience in operations and academics. He has worked in various capacities with Fariyas Holiday Resort, Sterling Holiday Resorts, Holiday Inn (now Le Meridien) and with MV Oriana of the P&O Cruises. He has been involved with syllabus, examination and course-writing work with Bangalore, Karnatak, Saurashtra and Sikkim Manipal Universities. He is a Science Graduate from St. Xavier’s, Kolkata, DHMCT from IHM, and a Post Graduate from Madurai Kamaraj University. He has also authored a book on “Food & Beverage Service” and is currently working on a second volume - “Food & Beverage Service & Management” due release in September, 2008.


Rohan a graduate in Hotel Management from Christ College, Bangalore, specializing in the Food and Beverage sector. He has always been keen to prove his mettle in spreading his Knowledge.
He started his career with the BJN group as a Mixologist in various outlets across Bangalore like firangipaani ,Hypnos, Indijoe , Tavern. Trained Bartenders & Students on various brands across Karnataka. His instantaneous knowledge about liquors, spirits and wines makes him a suitable source of genuine “know how”.
Working as a consultant/Resident Faculty with Tulleeho - India's only marketing Services Company for the liquor industry, has fine tuned his gifts for spirits.

With more then 30 trainings under his belt he is looking forward to spread his Knowledge across Bangalore.



An MBA from Hertfordshire University, UK Mohit did his specialization in International Marketing but his interests always swayed towards the fascinating world of beverages.

Mohit started his career with Oddbins (wine merchants), UK as a wine advisor. Post juggling several roles across UK, he finally joined their marketing department in Wimbledon, London where he worked for a span of 4 years.

On gaining immense experiential and technical knowledge, he decided to move back to India and started to work as a consultant. His love for alcohol however made him move back to the beverage industry & within no time he joined Tulleeho - India's only marketing Services Company for the liquor industry. At Tulleeho, Mohit juggles multiple roles, as well as runs several projects for some of the world's leading liquor companies.

Mohit’s continued curiosity, interest and passion in alcohol over the years has compelled him to re-align his career interests and he has today engaged himself in various events including wine tastings, marketing, training, education and consulting. Having obtained his Intermediate Certificate in Wine Knowledge, he continues to pursue his formal study of wines at the WSET, London..


Karthik.K a graduate in Hotel management specializing in Food & Beverage Servive and his interest always rested in the world of cocktails & mixology. He took a course in bartending, and started working with B’Mann School of Bartending as a bartender in private parties & events. After working with some Pubs like 1912 A.D, Madeira he moved on to Tulleeho, India's only marketing services company for the liquor industry. Here he juggles multiple roles, as apart from running several projects for some of the world's leading liquor companies, he also doubles up as a trainer and sometimes triples up as a bartender!
He have conducted training sessions for various corporates in a short span of time and known for his extreme flair skills and bar tricks!
