2. What’s the origin of the name?
F&B typically means Food and beverage in the hospitality industry, but we
want to take it a step further and call it Friends and Bacchus!
It’s a place where you can hang out with your friends at any of the 4
outlets moods with Bacchus the god of wine as your companion!
Global tree cafe – like the cuisine of the place encompasses the true
globalization that’s come about in the world, and the guest is a part of
this global tree.
Bacchus – no other name would do justice to the lounge bar other than the
God of wine himself! As it’s a tribute to true sprit of wine and passion
for fine beverages!
La Patisserie – we tried to take a leaf out of a French Patisserie where you can
just sit and sip on your coffee and watch the world go by!
Jacket room – we thought of formal fine dinning experience in its true
term and the best name that we could think of is Jacket room! As the name
suggests it’s a very formal place where the concept is only about serious
food and nothing less!
